Tasting Notes
The unique flavour of one the rarest and exquisite green teas lies somewhere between the succulent vegetal notes of buttery asparagus found in Japanese Sencha and the hazelnutty richness of Chinese Longjing.
A velvety soft mouth feel with notes of ripe gooseberries and pineapple cake.

As with all our exquisite loose leaf green teas, we recommend using lower temperature water.
