For our latest Tea Cocktail Masterclass Henrietta will be joined by her good friend and living legend Ryan Chetiyawardana.

He's also known as Mr Lyan, which is arguably easier to say.

He opened his first bar, White Lyan, in London in 2013 focusing on low waste, innovative ingredients and heaps of madly delicious inventions. His newest venture in Washington DC, Silver Lyan won the 2020 Best New American Bar.

Among his many, many awards for things like Best Bar in the World and Most Influential Bar Personality, Ryan was named Person of the Decade by Timeout in 2020 and Imbibe 2020 celebrated him for 10 years of Outstanding Achievement.

Beyond his incredible skill he is also a really lovely fellow. Funny, unpretentious and extremely kind. We know you’ll love spending time with him as much as we do.

He will be showing us how to make the lockdown Martini he has been enjoying at home; as well as experimenting with Henrietta and the teas in this sessions bundle. As ever if you get the tea bundle, the ticket is free.

This tea class will be relaxed and informal but very informative. Expect lots of giggling (Ryan is a hopeless giggler) and lots of fun with no one taking themselves too seriously. You don’t need cocktail skills, just a love of good tea and all things delicious.
